Pineapple Banana Kiwi Spirulina Kale Smoothie

This is a great way to get a lot of spirulina in your smoothies, without the overpowering seaweedy fishy taste that that come with it.

In your blender, add in:

– 2 frozen bananas

– 1 to 1 1/2 cups pineapple, fresh or frozen

– 1 kiwi

– handful of parsley

– 1 tbsp. spirulina

– 2 handfuls kale, about 2 to 3 cups worth

– 1 tbsp. flax seeds

Add about 2 cups filtered water and ice (if you need it, though the frozen fruit is usually enough) and blend away! Top with fresh bananas, cinnamon, and serve!
