Red Cabbage Juice

No, it’s not as disgusting or bad tasting as you think. Red cabbage juice is actually sweet, and tastes really good! Of course, you can add in any fruit that you want with it, but it really is very simple!

Red cabbage is an excellent source of:

Iodine, Potassium, Chlorine, Vitamins B-6, Vitamin C, Vitamin U and sulfur. It is traditionally used for asthma, lung problems, kidney problems, hair loss, ulcers, thyroid, high blood pressure and a host of other problems!

For your juicer, juice:

1 small head of red leaf cabbage

1 large apple

1 lemon

That’s it! The apple and lemon give it a refreshing flavor and mix in really well with the cabbage.
