Pineapple Kale Coconut Water

Another superfood smoothie! Let us begin!

In your high powered blender, blend:

1/4 of a pineapple (about 4 cups). This can be frozen or fresh. If you want frozen, you will have to add either more coconut water, or more water for blending.

3 cups coconut water (or one large 17,5 oz can)

4 to 5 leaves lacinto kale leaves

2 tbsp organic powdered wheatgrass

1/2 tbsp spirulina

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp chia

ice

Then…blend blend blend! You can also freeze the coconut water beforehand in ice cube trays, that way you can add in coconut water ice instead of additional water ice.

Then…drink it all!
